What
follows are a number of general considerations to
wrestle with as we pursue the
possibility of beginning in the water purification
and distribution business |
| |
- What is the target market?
Residential or marketplace or both¡¦ Different
products apply depending on your targets.
Are you going to employ a system of distribution
for residential and the marketplace both?
- Water source¡¦ what is
it? Do you have 200,000 gallons a day?
A system of two 50,000 gallons per day
lines would be a recommended starting
point.
- Distribution plan¡¦ residential
uses 5 gallons bottles if you have a plan
of distribution. Trucks and a system of
sales and distribution would be required.
We can design modifications for trucks
to accommodate carrying of the bottles.
Particular bottle source is very important.
We need to determine exact bottle type
- so that machinery can accommodate that
design.
- Distribution plan¡¦ residential
new exciting option. This system is much
faster to set up, much less expensive,
and has a very bright future worldwide.
This system uses a 5 gallon vinyl bag
inside a cardboard dispensing box and
is disposable. You do not have to pick
up and clean the bottles. Residential
dispensing units are available for commercial
and residential use. (this is very exciting
concept and could possible replace the
5 gallon idea in some areas.
- This would be a turnkey
operation.
- The two 50,000 gallon
per day line proposal (100,000) has a
projected payback time of within one year.
- Distribution Plan - marketplace
options. For selling to the markets, our
plant would include production of 2-1/2
to 3 gallon bottles, 1 gallon, and revolutionary
new concept that is very inexpensive -
cups. With these products you will have
everything to need sell to marketplaces
throughout your territory.
- Please see the cup ¡°sample¡±.
This is revolutionary and very appropriate
concept of distribution. Inexpensive to
produce and sell, this will outperform
traditional bottles, is very sanitary,
and is becoming much more popular.
- 15,000 - 20,000 sq. ft
facility is required for this size plant.
This will be a turnkey operation with
specific designs in accordance with your
goals.
- As a part of franchise
agreement if you choose this, we will
stay in league with you and test and monitor
and use our continuing consulting resources
to promote the success of your bottling
plant. We would under these circumstance
permit the name ¡°Living Water™¡±
to be used. We believe that with our high
standards and creative marketing plans,
we will gain worldwide recognition and
help promote your success.

- Very fast set up time.
With our recommendation we offer the potential
of a delivery and setup time of 6 months!
This will of course vary with the equipment
and products selected. Our new designs
are very exciting because of the revolutionary
new concepts that are coming to the marketplace.
- Timetable - how quickly
do you want to act? We can act pretty
quickly.
- Product basics - 1) 5
gallon bottle or 5 gallon box 2) 2-1/2
residential bottle 3) 1 gallon bottle
4) cups vs. small bottles
- Small bottles can be done
in a creative way if required or desired.
Cost would definitely be higher and startup
time more although can be done creatively.
- Water resources - what
are they? And are they adequate for your
desired size.
- Power supply issues -
is the source adequate? Do we need to
be provide backup supply power?
- Size of venture - time
of venture - budget questions.
- Where do we go from here?
- What questions do you
have?
